60-mile radius from Houston. Inside the radius, travel is included. Outside, we add a small per-mile fee.
How early should I book?
2 to 4 weeks for in-season weekends. Last-minute bookings sometimes work, ask.
Are you bilingual?

What's your insurance situation?
Fully insured. Certificate of insurance available on request, especially for venues that require it.
What if it rains?
Indoor setups are fine. For outdoor, we'll work with you to reschedule with no penalty.
Do you handle setup and breakdown?
Always. Arrive 30 min early, set up, run the activity, break down, leave. You don't lift a thing.
How does the deposit work?
25% to lock the date. Balance due the day before the event. Cancellation up to 14 days out, full refund.
Do you have permits?
Yes for general operation. Specific event permits (like venue or city permits) are usually the host's responsibility, but we'll help you figure it out.
